Cutting The Ties That Bind-The Phyllis Krystal Method

While you are consciously reading this article your breathing, your heart beat and a millions of other things about you are under your subconscious control. You don't need to think about your next breath or worry about missing a heart beat so you can get on with your life. Everything you have ever learned is under your subconscious control so you don't have to consciously control the muscles in your body as you walk about.

You don't remember now but when you first learned to walk you expended a lot of time, physical and mental energy to take that first step. Once you had mastered the art of walking it became another one of the many programs that you would save in the hard drive of your subconscious mind. Your subconscious stores millions of such programs which are automatically activated every time you need to use them and you don't even have to think about it any more.

Along with all the millions of very useful programs you have stored in our subconscious you have also stored many not so useful and even self destructive programs. Some of these programs may include behaviours like smoking and over eating.

There are many people who smoke and overeat and though they are aware of the harmful effects they continue. They want to stop but they are unable to switch the programs off that control the destructive behaviours. You would think then that it would be a simple matter of accessing the subconscious and deleting the harmful program the way you would do on your computer. But it is not as simple as that because the programs stored in your subconscious mind are well guarded.

Phyllis Krystal and English Psychotherapist developed a method using a source of inner wisdom available to each one of us to effectively communicate our desires to the subconscious. This source of Inner Wisdom she calls The Higher Consciousness or High C for short is available to each one of us.

The most effective way to communicate with the subconscious is through the language of symbol and Phyllis Krystal has been teaching her method in seminars and talks all over Europe for decades .
